Carnival spirit

Carnival spirit

On the Carnival spirit the rooms are very tiny and some are called suites which are more luxurious   they even have bathtubs with a shower at the top.On the boat there is a yellow slide and a green one.The yellow one is very slow the  green is so fast and sucks you in. There is a little water park  it has a big bucket that drops a hole lot of water on you is got 2 slides that have a pool of water at the end.

The food comes out on very big dishes like a big square plate with side dishes and a big middle piece . We have a huge selection of seafood such as lobster tail calamari prawns we eat at a place called the Empire room is is a fine dining restaurant. You can pick from so many menus. I liked the teas more than the rest. The  food is also very fresh and  warm. There is a games room you can play lots of games there is one where you have to cut the string with sharp claws. Maya won so many rubber ducks.

There is 10 decks the top deck it has free ice cream free food all the time and free popcorn and drinks. Mini put was very fun some of the holes you had to get it though a face as a rock. The table tennis had all colored bats and white ping pong balls the table had a net  in the middle. It has one white seat and Maya and Eli were hitting the ball everywhere. The ice was cold and the air was strawberry chocolate vanilla. At the top deck there was always a party at night.

Then we went to Bob's house we went out for tea at Avoaca beach for fish and chips, there we played on the beach, We made sand castles, After tea we went home and we to bed we were so tired. The next day we got on another boat to palm beach Home and away set. Then we had lunch at the boathouse. When we came home  we had a dinner party with some of Bob's friends. Then the next day We had a very yummy breakfast.

Islands

Mare island is the 3rd largest  island in the pacific. On the beach their is some very big coconut trees and when you lie under them coconuts fall on  your head and the you will have a  egg on your head for days. In there markets they had wood work bracelets cloths .  Then we  went to the beach on a bus. At the beach there was  warm water and the water was so clear you could see the bottom. There was lots of little fish  blue orange purple black and white. I t was very sandy  the sand was soft but is was just really broken bits of coral shells.

Mystery island

Then we went to Mystery island Vanuatu it was a small island with lots of coconuts and they sold them to people on the side or the road. After that we went to the water and jumped in I was doing lots of swimming with my snorkel. There was Blue Bottles all over the beach and Hermit crabs  in cool shells. I got my hair braided it was called corn rose with beads at the bottom and tied with looms. We walked around the island and all I saw was coconut trees. When we came back  we went for another snorkel.

I am lucky to be a New Zealander Because

I am lucky to be a New Zealander
Because

I like living here because the education is very good and you learn lots of things to help you get a better job than what some people have.If you want a job have to work to get one.

Jobs are very  hard to find you have to fill out an application. You have to be a very hard worker. To find the right job you have to choose something you like if you like something you should carry on.

Education is very good here when you should show up at school you may as well because art going to learn much sitting at home on the couch. Is alright to stay at home when you feeling well but come back to school as soon as you are better.

When I come to school every day I learn more and more then when I go home I share it with my mum and dad sometimes they don't know until  I tell them. I like telling them what I learn at school.

In New Zealand you can go in a car to school  or you can walk. Most other places you have to ether go across a lake in a washing tub or  climb up the  side of a cliff  on wooden ladders or go on a zip line across the other to the nearest  school  and back.

Portrait Poem

Portrait Poem

My hair is  a big brown brick
My eyebrows are like single little waves that swish in the wind
My brain is like little sausages
My ears are a dark like a hole with a sharp ring thought them
My eyeballs are like very blue still water
My teeth are like razor sharp
My back is as bendy as a bendy ruler
My heart is like a big fluffy happy cloud
Every day at school my day  gets better because I
        learn more each day
